Premium Park Hotel

Breakfast was good, especially the excellent cakes and sweets, and the location was good too. We were there for a winter holiday with my family. The rooms were average, with a nice style that felt a bit old. We booked two rooms at the same price, but one was bigger than the other. Cleaning wasn't really sufficient: when we arrived, the beds weren't clean and there were spots on the counters and a pillow. If you're picky and plan to do more than sleep there, I wouldn't recommend it.

A supermarket right by the hotel was handy, but the surroundings were very quiet and there wasn't much nearby, so don't expect attractions or activity. The room was generally comfortable, though the washroom sometimes smelled unpleasant. Cleanliness was acceptable, nothing bad but nothing impressive. Breakfast was very average, with limited options, and one of the most mid hotel breakfasts I've had. The drinks were no good, and the kettle area had only tea bags, no coffee, which felt like a basic amenity was missing. I stayed at Premium Park Hotel and found the whole experience okay but not great, very mid and not worth the lavish name “Premium Park”.

The beds were clean and everything was perfect. My kids loved the amazing view. I'd definitely recommend the affordable double rooms, each with one king-size bed.

The breakfast was below par and not worth the price, and the towels felt like sandpaper. Security was rude and unprofessional. One guard asked me to shut the main entrance while he was clearly distracted, watching a video on his phone. The biggest problem was that there was no air conditioning. We were told it had been turned off for the season and only heating was available, so we had to open the windows. Mosquitoes then got into the room and made it hard to sleep. My stay at the Premium Park Hotel was extremely uncomfortable, with poor service and missing basic amenities. The “Premium” name is misleading, and I strongly recommend avoiding it.
