The location made it easy to walk to Fountain Square, Nizami Street, Old Baku, and the Boulevard. The rooms are spacious and well laid out, and breakfast has a decent selection. There were a couple of drawbacks: the bathroom had an odd smell, and the carpets in the room seemed a bit dirty.

You can walk to several tourist spots from here, and the Maiden Tower is only about 200 meters away. But the smell in both the room and shared areas was unpleasant, and cleanliness was below average. The AC didn’t work properly during our stay, and breakfast was average with few choices.

This was my second time here. The staff welcomed me back warmly, and I enjoyed the breakfast, which had plenty of choices. The little hotel has a nice building and rooms, plus a great location close to İÇƏRI ŞƏHƏR. The Wi-Fi was good, and Icherishekher (Old City) metro station is an 800 m walk away. One thing to sort out: doors sometimes bang when guests come back to their rooms at night, so it can get a little noisy. It seems like a technical issue.

The location is good, but I had a bad stay. I booked a suite, and still found dust all over the room, including under the beds and sofa. The rooms were very dirty, and room service was so poor that nobody listened when I asked for help. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We lost the whole night’s sleep, missed breakfast, and felt the next day was wasted. Our room had no windows, and with the temperature feeling close to 30°C despite the AC being set to 24°C, it was suffocating and uncomfortable. We felt breathless and couldn’t rest. We told staff repeatedly, but they didn’t offer an effective fix or a complimentary room upgrade. Instead, we were asked to pay more, even though the room conditions were the problem. A very disappointing stay, especially for anyone sensitive to heat.
