Breakfast was a real highlight, with lots of variety and great service. The hotel is also handy for getting around, with plenty of places nearby, and the staff are glad to point you in the right direction. The Regal Hotel felt clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Everyone was professional and helpful, and Reshad and especially Leman at reception stood out. He was courteous, neatly dressed, and ready to help throughout my stay. I had a wonderful time in Baku and would recommend the hotel.

We had no room service, and breakfast was meant to run until 11 AM but had already run out by 9 AM. We ended up dipping bread in tea to have something to eat. The air conditioning also wasn't working for most of the night. Even after we complained several times, it took an hour to get it fixed. I’m sharing this so other guests know what we experienced.

The main problem was the noise from neighboring rooms. On my second night, people were talking around midnight while I was asleep, and I could hear them walking in and out too. It was very annoying and disrespectful to other guests. The rooms need better soundproofing. I stayed at Regal Inn at the end of May 2024. The staff and manager were welcoming, service was good, and I tried the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping was honest too. I’d left my belongings and money in the room, and they were untouched. I do think breakfast could improve, with the menu changed from day to day.

The breakfast was really tasty, and I had such a good time at Regal Hotel. Laman is especially lovely, such a sweet lady ❤️❤️. I'd recommend it 100%.
