At Royal Boutique Hotel, I felt at home thanks to the welcoming, friendly staff. Alvin deserves a special mention for being so helpful and going out of his way for me. The management team was professional and hospitable too. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I had an amazing stay and would love to come back! 🌟

The location made it easy to walk to the city center and enjoy almost all the attractions. My room and the service were both 10 out of 10, especially the help and kindness from Elvin at reception. Breakfast was disappointing, though, and felt like very little effort had gone into it. Apart from that, it was a great experience. 👍

We had everything we needed in our spacious room, which had high ceilings and a big balcony. The staff were very helpful, and they gave us tips about Baku and the best places to go on excursions. We also really liked the tea. The hotel has a lovely marble staircase, a white grand piano, and a spacious terrace where you can have coffee. There are lots of good photo spots, and one of the rooms even had a gold toilet. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

The bed was comfortable, and the room has a royal style, but it really needs updating. The wardrobes wouldn’t shut, the desk was worn, and our curtain was broken and couldn’t be fixed. The bathroom smelled awful. Breakfast was very sparse: a couple of cheeses, the cheapest bread, boiled eggs, cucumber and tomato, gingerbread, and two kinds of tea. They didn’t even have instant coffee. I’m disappointed. Draw your own conclusions.
