We stayed 4D3N from November 29 to December 2, and this lovely hotel made our time in Baku unforgettable. The staff were wonderful and the food was amazing. It absolutely deserves a strong recommendation. We’ll definitely come back and tell our family and friends in the UAE and the Philippines about it.
The staff made the biggest impression on us: always smiling and ready to help. Rashad helped with every request we had, and I want to thank him in particular. We loved the rooms and the warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, about 7 minutes from all the famous places. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends.
We felt like family here from the first day, and the care and attention made our stay unforgettable. A big thank you to everyone, especially Khassan, the waiter, and Ruslann, the kitchen manager. Khassan was patient, attentive to every small detail, and always smiling. Ruslann made sure every meal was delicious and that we felt welcome and well looked after. Everyone was kind and professional. We’ll definitely return and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Baku.
I’m writing this from my room after booking because of the positive reviews, which I now suspect are fake. The hotel needs serious cleaning. The carpet is dirty and sticks to my feet, there were no towels in the bathroom, and the in-room service phone doesn’t work. I called reception for towels and a dental kit and have been waiting, with nothing arriving. The AC doesn’t work at all, even with the fan at high speed and the coolest setting. Maybe they gave only me a bad room, or maybe the reviews are paid. Save your money and don’t book. I’d call this a 2-star hotel, not 4-star. Stay away. The reception guys were welcoming and nice, though. Editing this in the morning: at 11:53am, a staff member opened my door while the room was on DnD, saw me naked, then shut the door. I called reception; they sent someone to check and offered tea and coffee for seeing me naked. This hotel is a joke!
We stayed for two days and the rooms were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially receptionist ruggayah. There was no one available to help carry the luggage, though. The hotel itself was very nice.
