We spent five days here, and the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. It’s easy to walk to places from this excellent location. The one drawback was that the air conditioning didn’t work efficiently.

Breakfast was good for the price, and the room was too. The staff were accommodating, and the location is right in the center. We had a really nice stay at Old Baku, especially good value for what we paid.

The staff made this stay for me, especially Aydan, Jasmin and Nayman 🥰. The hotel feels warm and cozy, and being in the middle of the old city meant we could walk to lots of places. I couldn't have asked for a better place. I absolutely recommend it and hope to come back someday.

The people working here were so kind, gentle and professional, honestly the best staff I've ever met. The hotel itself has everything you need and is very nice. I'll definitely return. Bravi!!!

We spent three nights here and didn't run into a single problem. The place was spotless, well located, and everyone was helpful and respectful. I'd recommend staying here. Also, be cautious about reviews for other hotels, since many seem fake.
