The staff were very nice, which kept this from being a one-star stay, but I’d avoid the place. The room was never cleaned, there was no water to flush the toilet, and the shower had several problems: the bar didn’t work, I had to hold the shower head to wash, the door wouldn’t close, and the water was only lukewarm. A disco in the room next door started every morning at 8oclock. The bar in the photos is just for show, and the people we traveled with found much better hotels for less money.

The staff were really helpful and spoke great English, and breakfast had plenty of variety. It’s also in a great spot, close to the metro, sights, the football stadium, and shopping. I’d definitely recommend it.

We’re here with my two daughters, and the staff have arranged everything so smoothly and have been very helpful. Marriam has been especially helpful and excellent. Breakfast is tasty and amazing too. Hope to see them again. Excellent.

Raul was especially friendly, as were the rest of the staff. The hotel is nice and the room feels comfortable.

The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and our room was clean and well kept. We had plenty of space, with a balcony and a roomy bathroom, and the location was great. I stayed three nights there in Feb with my friends, and we all enjoyed it. Everyone was welcoming, from the owner to the rest of the staff. Breakfast was included; a little more variety, including international options, would make it even better. It’s a place I’d recommend, and it seems well suited to families. Wishing the staff all the best.
