The location is amazing, within walking distance of everything, and the staff were nice and welcoming. I'd definitely return. When I arrived, they told me they'd upgrade my room, a gesture I really appreciated. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and I slept well. I did miss having a bathroom ventilator and a larger bedside table, since the one there was already taken up by the phone, remote, and some flowers. Best value hotel.
4/10
There was no view from the room windows. It's a small, quiet hotel in old Baku, but service was absent beyond making the bed. Nobody vacuumed the carpet, and even the toilet seat cover was broken.
10/10
We felt at home right away, and the breakfast was great. Farid especially was a great guy and helped us with the ferry to Aqtau. Thanks again, Farid. This place deserved six stars.
2/10
The toilet was broken and there was no hot water during either of the two nights I stayed. They promised to fix it, but didn't even bother.
10/10
The rooms were clean, and the staff very friendly. Great hotel in a perfect spot in the heart of the old city.
