Turkiye Hotel

The price was good, but I wouldn't choose this hotel again. We had also booked breakfast, and although it tasted good, it was cold and there weren't many options. There was no cook available, and no food shops nearby, so there wasn't another convenient place to get food. The free massage wasn't good either. The woman giving it didn't seem professional or to know how to do a massage. Our original room was very small and dark, with barely any lighting, a leaking bathroom tap, and bugs in the bed, sheets, and blankets. When we asked to change rooms, they said there were none available. After I showed the receptionist a picture of the bugs that night, she offered a room at the family Hotel next door. It was a little bigger, but still poorly lit, and the heater didn't give off much warmth. We asked for the room to be cleaned, but when we came back it hadn't been touched. We had pre-booked, but there was no reception at this hotel, so we had to check in at the neighboring family Hotel. They didn't show us the room before assigning it. Some friends had pre-booked for six or seven people and selected single beds, but at check-in they waited an hour for rooms and were told only double beds were available.

The location worked well, and the hotel was quiet and comfortable for both resting and working. The staff were very welcoming, my room was spotless, and the details felt thoughtfully arranged. I had an exceptional stay and will definitely come back on my next visit.

I spent a week at this Turkish hotel in Baku, and everything was good throughout. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well maintained, with housekeeping and room service doing a great job. Cleanliness clearly mattered here. The polite, helpful, professional staff made the stay comfortable. It was a great 5-star experience, and I'd recommend the hotel and be happy to stay again.
