Sleep was impossible with all the noise in the early morning. The sheets stayed dusty throughout our stay, and the reception was practically absent. Breakfast was a complete disaster. The location was the one positive, but otherwise everything was disastrous. I absolutely don't recommend it.

The place smelled like rotten eggs, and the front desk had no answers when I confronted them. I booked a one-bedroom apartment with a sea view and balcony on booking.com, but was given a stinky single room with no windows that couldn't fit my group. They cancelled my booking on booking.com, so I wouldn't be able to post a review. They keep scamming people there with a 9.2 rating. Avoid it at all costs, there are plenty of other options in Baku.

I paid 40 euros for nothing. I booked an apartment but got what felt like the worst room in Baku, with dark brown walls and no window. There was no cleaning or service, nothing. It was like a prison. The whole thing was a scam.

A nice budget hotel, though the street maintenance made it inconvenient to get there. I'm sure it'll be much nicer once the work is finished, since that street will connect directly to Nizami.

They gave my room to someone else despite my booking, and at first denied that my name was even on the list. It's a fake place. They list themselves under 3 different names on booking.com, so if one gets banned, they can still use another link.
