The restaurant was cozy, and the food was tasty and healthy. We also enjoyed the lovely lobby, the tea and coffee bar, and live music in the evenings. Breakfast was great, and we had a beautiful time.

The spa was neglected, smelled unpleasant, and felt run-down instead of relaxing. The rest of the hotel wasn't clean either, with dust and dirty corners that gave the impression nobody was taking care of basic upkeep. I never felt welcomed. The staff were cold and dismissive, and often came across as though guests were a nuisance. Some had messy uniforms and looked unprofessional. I went in with high expectations because of the reviews, so the stay was a big letdown. I can't understand how this place gets such positive feedback, and I wonder what those reviewers consider acceptable. I wouldn't come back or recommend it.

The location is really nice, but the prices are high and the service is poor. There was no service at all, and the waitress walked out when she saw customers.

We visited with our family in winter, and the rooms and hotel were warm. The spa, sauna, game rooms, and places to play football gave the kids plenty to do and let us parents get some rest. The rooms and halls had an elegant, charming interior, with historical objects even at the entrance and in the hall. There are interesting places nearby too, including a waterfall and old castles and buildings built by Georgians. Breakfast is included, with lots of options, and the national dishes were delicious. We loved the view of the Caucasian mountains. A lovely 5 star hotel to visit 👍🏻
