The front desk team made the place feel welcoming, like being at home. The young reception staff were enthusiastic, proud of their work, happy to chat, and spoke English well. Reception is open around the clock, and the service was great. A really good stay.

The cheerful evenings in the dining room are what I’ll remember most: my team and I chatted with other guests until nightfall, with laughter and new faces all around. We had a wonderful time at Maestro Hotel, and the rooms were comfortable, clean, and had a pleasant smell. The Caspian Sea view was lovely, and the main attractions were within walking distance. Those lively, sleepless nights in Baku won’t leave my memory.

Nizami was close enough for a quick taxi ride, or about a 15-minute walk up a somewhat steep route. Breakfast offered a good halal selection. We spent four days and three nights there in December, and it was a pleasant stay. The room was a good size, had both heating and AC, and room service came almost every day with the amenities refreshed. I’d give the experience a solid 9/10.

The staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help throughout our family visit, and the location made it easy to reach attractions, restaurants, and shopping. We stayed seven nights at Maestro Boutique Hotel Baku and had a wonderful time. Our spacious, well-furnished rooms were comfortable, and the whole hotel was clean and well kept. Housekeeping kept everything neat and fresh. It felt like a home away from home, and we’d choose it again on our next trip to the city.

The staff were so friendly, and we’re very grateful for how well they treated us. Breakfast was delicious, too. It’s a lovely hotel in an ideal spot close to the waterfront, and we were delighted with our stay.
