We came as three large families and were disappointed. There weren’t many choices on the restaurant menu, and there was nowhere nearby to eat. They opened the karaoke and billiards room without telling us the air conditioner wasn’t working. At 30°C, it was really uncomfortable. The bed linens were dirty too. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and will never come back.
It’s a relaxing hotel with a large garden, pool, and playground, all of them lovely. The staff were nice, and it works well for large families. The food was just average, though.
Other nearby hotels offer similar services and facilities for much less. Here, even though the building isn’t that old, it feels like they skimped on materials, and things are falling apart. The pool mosaic finish could be dangerous for kids, and rainwater leaks into rooms like an indoor waterfall. Service is poor too. The staff seem untrained and can’t speak politely to customers or sort out problems without getting management involved.
Our cottage was cozy and clean, just right for a family of five or six, and especially good with children. The staff were very helpful, and breakfast from the buffet was tasty and filling. There’s also a spa with a sauna and jacuzzi, as well as a gym. I’d recommend a family visit.
I loved staying here. The rooms are spacious, and there’s a playground for kids, a gym, a sauna, and a very good restaurant. The only downside is that the hotel isn’t very easy to spot. Still, it’s very good and I’d recommend it 100%.
