The food and the view were okay, but that was about all I liked. I was very unhappy with the stay and wouldn't recommend it. Loud music from a nearby restaurant carried on until 02:00 AM and made it hard to sleep. I put the clean my room sign on the door at 08:00 and left, but when I came back at 14:00, the room still hadn't been cleaned. The Wi-Fi only started working after I complained.

The room had a hole in one of the towels, and the toilet was dirty even after we asked for it to be cleaned. The shower drain was so bad that water spilled all over the floor. Internet only worked after we complained that it was down. Loud music from the restaurant next door made it nearly impossible to sleep. Overall, we came away with a pretty negative impression.

We won't be staying here again. The room was very old and unclean, and breakfast was poor, with no coffee provided. I wouldn't spend my money here.

The rooms aren't clean, and the pool is tiny and not cosy. Staff were impolite, unprofessional, and intolerant. They also showed no respect for people who are different from them. I wouldn't recommend a visit, and you may regret choosing this hotel.

The river view is beautiful, and there's a playground for children. Breakfast was good, and the hotel service was great. A very decent hotel next to the Kura river.
