Activities like the zipline and other attractions can be arranged through the neighboring hotel. The view from this beautiful hotel was wonderful, and the service overall was excellent and prompt. Sabira at reception was especially friendly, professional, and fast. I only wish there were more breakfast options. I highly recommend staying here.

The view of the snowy mountains was beautiful, but that's about all this hotel had to offer. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I expect a certain level of service, and this didn't meet Marriott standards. I've never had this kind of service at a Marriott before. At check-in, they put us in a smoking room. When we asked for a non-smoking room, we were told, “sometimes people smoke in the other rooms anyway since your room has a balcony.” We tried to move past it, but the coffee mugs had stains and there were no slippers. The room didn't feel ready for guests. At breakfast we left our key on the table while getting desserts. When we came back, our things had been removed, and we felt so unwelcome that we would rather order room service. We placed an order online by scanning the barcode. After more than an hour, I called reception to follow up and got a rude reply: “I can't help you call In room if you want.” In room told me online ordering wasn't really working and they wouldn't receive it. Why show an order number and say the order is placed, then? It felt like no one knew what was going on. Staff couldn't communicate with us in English, didn't know where the restaurants were when we asked for directions, and seemed unable to provide basic customer service, solutions, or a proper booking reservation. They also didn't understand why we were frustrated. We drove 5 hours to get there and wish we'd chosen another hotel in the area. This is not a Mariott Bonvoy hotel.

Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a better view and an anniversary cake. That was a thoughtful gesture and much appreciated. We stayed at Pik Palace for two nights, from 9th December to 11th December, and had a wonderful time. Mr. Niyaz, Ms. Hijran, and Mr. Nail made the stay memorable with their excellent hospitality. The location is great, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was decent and satisfying. Fantastic stay and great value for money. Highly recommended!

The hotel is beautiful, but we slept poorly both nights because the room was so hot. We asked to have the AC fixed, but the technician said it couldn't be done. The next day we requested a different room, hoping to sleep better, but were told the temperature was the same in the other rooms. That wasn't true, my sister's room on the same floor was much cooler. After two days of complaining that nothing had been resolved, the hotel didn't compensate us for the problem.
