There are a supermarket and a few restaurants close by, and Shahdag is 30 minutes away. Our room was spacious and the breakfast spread was decent. My stay at Ilk in was wonderful, especially the hospitality. Ms.Sabina looked after us well and made sure we were comfortable. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was very dark because management switched off all the hallway lights at night. Breakfast wasn't worth it either. We stayed for two nights, and on one morning it was à la carte. There were eight full tables but just one waiter, and I felt bad for him. It took an hour to get an omelette. Please avoid this place if you're traveling with family.

The room was big, with new furniture and all the amenities I needed. In the evening they brought us complimentary fruit and lemonade, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Staff were helpful and cheerful. We got there before the 14:00 check-in time and, since our room wasn't ready, they offered us tea while we waited. A nice gesture. There's lots of indoor and outdoor parking. Ilk Inn Hotel is in central Qusar, about 30 minutes from Shahdag and around five minutes from Xidir and Stariy Dvor restaurants. We'll come back and recommend Ilk Inn Hotel to our friends.

We couldn't shower properly because the water stopped every three minutes. The technician came but couldn't fix it. There were several of us, but they gave us only two bottles of water, then charged 2 manat for another. Someone came to the room to demand the 2 manat and was very rude. Reception staff were rude too, and room service and housekeeping never answered the phone. The same person from reception also came to do housekeeping. We booked for one night with a late check-in, and one problem came after another.

Ilkin Hotel in Qusar was comfortable and good value, with reasonable prices compared with other places nearby. Its location close to Shahdag was convenient for our visit. Recommended for families and anyone traveling to Shahdag.
