We came back for a second stay, two years after our first visit, and could see some progress: the downstairs area and parts of the restaurant have been renovated. The hotel is peaceful, with comfortable rooms and very friendly staff, in a beautiful spot in Hutovo Blato National Park. There's a boat tour nearby where you can learn about the local birds. It's run by the national park, not the hotel. We hope the place keeps improving and would like to return someday.

The restaurant sits among the woods, with plenty of space for little kids to play. The food was really tasty, and the service was friendly. Even though I visited outside the tourist season, when it wasn't busy, the service was still great. The atmosphere is so relaxed you lose track of time.

We got five-star treatment for what we paid, and the food was amazing. The staff were the nicest, and the surrounding nature is more than beautiful. It's near Dubrovnik, Mostar, Sarajevo, Split, and Neum, though the mountains and peaceful setting are enough reason to come for a good rest.

A lovely surprise at the end of an otherwise boring road. The place feels surrounded by nature, and both the rooms and restaurant are clean, comfortable, pleasant, and very kid-friendly. For what you pay compared with the quality you get, we'd rate it 11/10.

The food was good, but the staff were very unfriendly and seemed inexperienced. When I asked what they would recommend from the menu, they couldn't suggest anything. Nobody checked whether I wanted anything else or was ready to pay. I'm still waiting for the bill while the waitress hangs out with her friends.
