There are two hotels with the same name, and Google Maps sends you to the old one. Keep going straight about 300 meters along the same road to find this one. It’s new and clean, reasonably priced, and excellent compared with other Balkan hotels. If you’re driving, the city center isn’t too far. I chose the small room shown in this picture at the end of September for €52. I haven’t tried the breakfast yet.

I only stayed one night, otherwise I’d have been so happy living here! The rooms are big, the TV is great, and the food is obviously perfect. The tea was the best I’ve ever had.
