The billing was the last straw: they added several city taxes, including charges for children, even though we had no children with us. Earlier, we arrived with three confirmed Booking.com reservations for single rooms, but at check-in they said only two rooms were available. Then a bus with 30 people arrived five minutes later, and somehow everyone on it got a room. After a full day at the AWS Conference, I came back to find my room unlocked and serviced, with my belongings still inside. Thankfully nothing had been touched. When parking was full, nobody would open the extra gate in case a bus showed up, leaving paying guests without help. There was no organization, professionalism, or common sense in any of this. A total disaster unless you want to be the joke of your own holiday. Here's a little something, the view from the room. Cheers!

The staff were friendly and well trained. The room was nicely furnished, breakfast was great, and dinner was decent. My only complaint is how long I had to wait for hot water for a shower.

I wouldn't recommend the restaurant. Kids were screaming and running around everywhere, and I had a headache afterward. Just a bad experience!!!

The spiders were the worst part. There were webs and spiders all over the room furniture, plus a huge one in the toilet. They really need to take better care of room hygiene. The location also wasn't great, especially if you're visiting for a decent view. They still use room keys instead of cards, which felt strange in 2025. I couldn't stay the night. They wouldn't change our room, saying the hotel was full, and refused to refund us. I have a big fear of spiders and wanted some peace of mind, so choosing this place was a bad decision. I moved straight to another hotel just minutes away, with a balcony and no spiders. I wouldn't come back or recommend this hotel at any cost.

We came from Malaysia and spent two nights here while visiting Sarajevo. It was good value for money and worth the stay. The hotel has a modern look, good facilities, a generous breakfast and dinner, and friendly staff. Shops, public transport, and a mosque are all within walking distance.
