The location is great, close to the well-known sights, and the staff were very helpful. Haris was especially accommodating when I arrived earlier than planned. A very good place, definitely recommend it.

The location is excellent, and the host is ready to help with anything you ask. One small drawback is the bathroom water heater: it starts when you enter the room and insert the card, and getting hot water can take as long as 30 minutes. I’d still recommend the place if you want a decent stay in Sarajevo. For a week of maps and WhatsApp, I found a SIM at a shopping mall on the way to the market for €2 with 4GB, which seemed reasonable. They said it would work in Serbia, but I couldn’t use it there.
