The breakfast restaurant has an amazing view, and there’s a tram stop right in front of the hotel, even though it’s far from the city center. Our room and bathroom were large, but both the carpet and the room smelled. The interior doesn’t feel modern, and the receptionist’s service wasn’t good.

A great hotel for a one-night stay. It beat most European hotels I’ve been to, and cost a fraction of the price.

There’s a rotating restaurant on the top floor with amazing views, especially at sunrise and sunset. The food there is good, though the menu is limited. A bash burger, a halal McDonald's copy, is right outside, and the tram stop opposite takes about 45 minutes to reach old town. There isn’t much else within walking distance, but trams and taxis are cheap. It’s a comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are very spacious and come with a large TV showing local channels.

The restaurant was the one part that met expectations, with good food and service. The rest felt below four-star standard. My room wasn’t properly cleaned: there was hair on the bed and in the bathroom, plus used sugar on the tea tray. The AC ran at full strength with no way to adjust the airflow, only on or off. I had to switch rooms, and reception gave me the new key without offering help. While I was moving my things, the old key stopped working, so I had to go back to have it reactivated. Disappointing overall. Ibis offers a much better experience.
