We didn't stay at the motel, just came to the restaurant for dinner. There's a good range of food and plenty of seating. If you'd like a table beside the beautiful river, reserve ahead. The staff were good and service efficient, with tasty food at reasonable prices. I had ramsteak with grilled peppers and fries; the other person had grilled salmon and Swiss chard with potatoes, cooked. We shared a Greek-style salad.

Coming back here was a nostalgic, fun visit, though the enthusiasm I remember seems to have faded a little. It still offers great value in every way, but it's shabbier than I'd like. There's still plenty going for this amazing place, and I know it could be much more.

We had a really enjoyable stay, and the management were very nice to us. The rooms are quite old but clean, and the restaurant serves nice food at a good price. It's also quite close to the border. Recommended.

We made a booking on booking.com two hours beforehand and arrived just before the 23:30 check-in cutoff, but they wouldn't accommodate us. There was nobody there, and no one answered our texts or calls. A huge waste of time.

We had a clean, comfortable room with a wonderful balcony, and the restaurant was excellent too. The bike path along the river is right across the street. Great value for money, 10/10, would recommend.
