We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, with plenty of choices, and the fruit bowl in the room was a lovely touch. The hotel is clean and well placed near St James Church. The manager made sure our needs were taken care of and went above and beyond. Staff were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

St. James Church is just a one minute walk away, and the restaurant is really good. The staff there were polite and helpful, and even though I tried speaking a little Croatian, they were good at English and didn't mind that I wasn't bilingual. I'm not someone who wants or needs pampering, but they treated me that way anyway. The hotel staff were great too, polite and helpful.

The staff were great, and everything was very clean. Nice rooms and a restaurant too. A perfect place. We’ll come again!

The food is excellent, so this could be the perfect place to eat in Medjugorje if the staff were friendlier. After asking four times, we waited almost an hour for the bill.

The hotel is attractive and well located, and the rooms are clean with great bedding. But it presents itself as non-smoking, and the cigarette smell throughout the place bothered me a lot as a non-smoker. It was very unpleasant. Maybe the unfriendly receptionist was down to a language barrier, I can’t tell. Good luck.
