The only good parts were the breakfast and location. The room was small and stuffy, the sink was dirty with hairs all over it, and the TV barely worked. It was in German and had an awful remote. We spent an hour trying but couldn't watch anything. When we arrived an hour before check-in, we asked to leave our bags. There was no receptionist, just a waiter, who charged us 5 euros per bag. They weren't put in a secure room or locker, just left under the reception desk. Later, when we tried to sort it out with someone else, their attitude was terrible. They did nothing to help and defended the coworker. We asked for proof of this supposed luggage fee rule, but they showed us nothing. It felt like a scam, and as two young women traveling alone, we felt they took advantage of us. They didn't help with our luggage when we eventually checked in either. This was my worst hotel experience.

The hotel and rooms are very modern, and the water pressure was great. It's well located near the river and downtown, with a gas station selling snacks and other things nearby. Breakfast was excellent and included in the hotel price.

The room was tidy, and the hotel looks great from outside. But the bathroom needs a proper deep clean. The shower was especially gross.

It’s an easy spot to start exploring Mostar on foot, with the Old Town around a 10-minute walk away. The 11 kW charger is in an underground car park, and a session costs €10. Parking is free while charging, so that fee feels pretty reasonable. Handy option for visitors.

The bathroom smell was the big problem for us. There was a lot of mold in the shower, plus a bad sewage odor, so we kept the door shut and held our breath when we had to go in. The rest of the stay was good for the price. The hotel feels fresh and modern, the rooms were clean, and the old town is just a few minutes away on foot. Breakfast was decent too.
