Driving in takes a little care: the pension is on a cobbled pedestrian street, though it has a special permit, so you can proceed slowly. Parking spaces are small, but I found it manageable, and the host is ready to help if needed. Inside, our clean, spacious suite had a separate living room and bedroom, a comfortable bed, and a beautiful view. It’s right in the middle of things but quiet enough for good sleep. The host was lovely, and the ice cream sounded like a nice touch, though we didn’t try it. We had a great stay.

We had everything we needed in the room, kitchen, and bathroom, from coffee and dishes to laundry facilities, towels, and soap. The beds were super comfy, and there was even Netflix on the TV. The host was so welcoming and attentive, and his English was brilliant. He’d made fresh homemade vanilla ice cream and had it ready in the freezer when we arrived. The location overlooking the bridge and river is incredible. What a place. If you can get in when you visit Mostar, I can’t recommend it enough.

Just a heads up, the hotel is down a hill that taxis can’t drive down, so there may be a short walk to the entrance. It’s very close to the old bridge, though the hotel itself doesn’t overlook it. The balcony views are still amazing. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hosts made everything easy and welcoming. They even got up early to call a cab for our departure. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

We really appreciated the strong shower after cycling the Transdinarica, and the host was lovely enough to keep our bikes at his home. The rooms were clean and pleasant, and there’s a well-stocked shared kitchen with complimentary homemade ice cream. It’s right in the heart of Mostar’s old city, with an easy walk to the Old Bridge and restaurants. Fully recommend staying here.
