The breakfast was awful. I paid for it but couldn’t eat anything. As for the room, it was dirty when we arrived, with hair, dust, and poop residue in the toilet, and the staff hadn’t cleaned it after the previous guest. We felt nauseous. When we told reception, they said they couldn’t do anything because we were only staying one night. They wouldn’t clean the room or move us to another one. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d give it zero if I could. It doesn’t deserve a positive score in any respect. I stayed here because of the Balkan tour, but I’d tell anyone considering it to stay away. It would be a huge disservice to yourself.

That nearby park is less than a minute away, and it felt safe for children to wander around. The location is great, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of potential if it were remodeled. The rooms are clean, though old and not very well kept, and there were so many spiders that anyone afraid of crawlers might want to avoid it. The air conditioning barely seemed to work, if it worked at all. I’m not sure I’d stay again because I’m terrified of spiders.

The siphon didn’t work, and nobody came to repair it even after we asked. There were insects too. The place was disgusting, and the staff were extremely rude. Nothing we asked to have changed was taken care of. Worst place I’ve ever seen.

The hotel is a long way from downtown and the old city, but the surroundings are lovely, with a park that’s great for walking and relaxing. There’s plenty of parking and getting there is easy. Our room was clean, the food was good, and the WiFi worked really well. The staff were very kind.

The dinner was poor quality, and the front desk service was bad. Check-in was slow, and they cancelled our group booking without telling us. The room and cafe were both very small.
