The team were warm, welcoming, courteous, efficient, and patient, both at reception and in the restaurant. Alina, Keena, Anel, Ines, Almedin, and the wellness centre staff were all lovely. They were especially comforting and understanding when our flight was cancelled because of the weather. The room was fresh, modern, and comfortable. They prepared a breakfast pack for our early checkout, and the complimentary airport transfer was reliable and on time. A great choice for an early morning or late night flight. Thank you all.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very friendly and polite, and our room was lovely and spacious. Since we had a car, the location worked well for us and free parking was a plus. Without a car, it might be a bit out of the way from the main city area. The lobby and coffee shop are lovely and have a relaxed feel. The pool water was cold, and the TV in the room wasn’t a smart TV. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The setting was lovely, and I had a really good stay. Everyone on staff was warm and helpful, and the food was delicious. I skipped breakfast, though I’m sure it was great too. The service felt like what you’d expect at a five-star hotel. Thanks to the whole team.

A good-value, modern hotel with clean rooms and a handy spot near major international companies and banks. It has a sauna, a well-equipped gym, an indoor pool, and a rooftop bar with wide views across Sarajevo. A comfortable, convenient choice for business trips.

The room was modern and the bed comfortable, with more space than two people really need. The bathtub was the one drawback: showering in it without water splashing out was nearly impossible. We stayed one night after Turkish Airlines cancelled our Sunday evening flight. Lots of people were checking in after two flights in a row were cancelled, so the process took a long time, though the staff did their best. Dinner was okay, and breakfast had a better selection, but we only had five minutes before our airport transfer. The hotel is close to the airport and a long way from the center.
