The room was the best part: stylish, modern, clean, and comfortable, with space for our suitcases and coats. The bed had a firm, perfect mattress, and the room smelled pleasant. We chose the hotel partly for its free on-site parking, but it’s 4-5 KM from the city center, with nothing nearby. We took taxis, which cost 5-6 € each way and were quick, convenient, and about 10 minutes. Service was disappointing. The staff didn’t seem helpful or welcoming, and the experience felt unprofessional and unpleasant compared with the basic standards we expect from hotels. It was also very different from other hotels we visited in Serbia. Breakfast was extremely poor for a 4-Stars hotel: no bread rolls, pastries, or desserts. It was one of the most disappointing breakfasts we’ve had in Europe, and I’d skip it. WiFi was slow, too. For this price, there are much better options, and the stay wasn’t worth the money.

We slept well in a quiet area, and the room’s blackout curtains worked well. The mattress was firm without being hard, and the pillows were soft. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff were exceptional, friendly and helpful, and spoke English well. There’s a trolley stop very close by, making it easy to reach the tourist areas. The driver collects the 1.80 fare.

Everyone on staff was polite, professional, and helpful, and the hotel was very clean. Adisa at the front desk deserves a special thank-you. This is an awesome place, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Sarajevo and Bosnia. 👍🙏

The reception staff were really nice, including when I needed a taxi at 4 in the morning as I was leaving. The hotel is quiet and close to everything, with brand new rooms and furniture. I’m not giving it five stars because the savings are noticeable: towels and toiletries weren’t replaced, and the toilet paper ran out.

It’s 5 km from Baščaršija, but the price is good. The room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was delicious. Staff were helpful and chatty, and answered any question.
