Hayat Hills

A very nice place at a very decent price. The staff were super kind and helpful.

We booked through Booking, but didn’t get what we paid for. The room had dirty walls, the towels were a joke, and there was no terrace or view as listed on Booking. We were just looking at a wall. Getting to the hotel was very difficult because it’s up on the mountain, and I didn’t feel like I was in Sarajevo anymore. Worst place to stay. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here.

The only decent part was the young guy at reception. He was polite and kind, and I felt bad for him. The room, though, was awful: urine smell, no water for a shower, tiny beds, and a mattress that seemed fit for the rubbish. The towels were so poor they weren't even good for wiping the floor. The place was disgusting, and the photos and advert are misleading. Sarajevo was packed for the Film Festivals, so we had no other choice on this unplanned trip. I wish we'd slept in the park. Please stay away.

We left before our second night and won't be back. The staff were polite, but that was the only good thing. Our room looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years, with dust and stains everywhere. The hotel feels cheaply built, and the bathroom had no soap, shampoo, or other supplies. Even the mirror was about A3 size. There was also a CRT TV from the 90s and the WiFi signal was very poor. Worst hotel I've stayed in.
