The staff offer apartments for four people too, for 100 KM (50 EUR), compared with 96 KM for four people at the hostel. The hostel itself has three rooms for eight people each, and no other room sizes. It’s small, with a common area where tea and coffee are free, though bring cream or milk if you like it that way. Rooms are nice and the beds are comfy. I’m picky about beds, and slept really well. It’s smoke-free inside the hostel, though people smoke in the fairly open building hallway, which didn’t bother us. Breakfast is included: bread, butter, cream cheese, jam and chocolate spread. There’s also a no-shoes policy, and you can store your shoes inside. They even offer shoe shine in black, brown and white, which is awesome. The location is right next to Katedrala Srca Isusova at square Trg Fra Grge Martica, about a five-minute walk from the main attraction, old town Bascarsija. Sarajevo’s number one TripAdvisor attraction, "Gallery 11/07/95", is in the same entrance as the hostel. Parking is about a five-minute walk away at GPS 43.860945, 18.426239, and costs 24 KM (12 EUR) for 24 hours. They recommend leaving the car in a secure garage. If you’re staying overnight or longer than a few hours, ask at the parking reception for a long-term parking card to get that tariff. Make sure to visit Sarajevo War Tunnel, which is a drive away, and eat Burek at Buregdžinica ASDŽ, at GPS 43.858993, 18.432112. Highly recommended and amazing for the money.
