The heating was good, and our room was large. There are lifts, so you don’t have to haul your bags up four floors. Our receptionist was very helpful and spoke wonderful English, thank you 🙏

The location was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our clean room was spacious, too. The main problems were the unstable WiFi, which made working difficult, and having to wait a long time for the shower water to warm up. There were no breakfast options. We still had a good stay. Reception is open only from 8 to 15, but the staff stay available on WhatsApp and reply very quickly.

The room was clean, the location very good, and the price was OK. But I wouldn’t call this a four-star hotel, so don’t expect four-star service. You could still choose to stay here.

Great value, with friendly staff and generously sized rooms. It’s centrally located, just 100m from the old town. I’ll stay again.

Hotel VIP is a small, comfortable hotel in a quiet spot away from the main road. You can walk to all the main sights, and the rooms are spacious, with handy tea and coffee stations. The breakfast is buffet style. The bathroom was roomy, and the underfloor heating was a wonderful bonus. The carpet could have been a little cleaner, though it wasn’t too bad. There’s also a small terrace on the top floor where we got lovely mountain photos in the morning and evening.
