The food was delicious and better than I expected, and the staff were professional, friendly, and welcoming throughout my visit. They were always available when I needed help, and I felt valued as a guest. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and comfortable, with everything well maintained and just what I needed. Hotel Old Town is a simple, relatively small place, but its location in the heart of Baščaršija gives it a special atmosphere. Being surrounded by Sarajevo’s history, culture, and charm made the stay memorable. It’s easy to reach the main attractions and public transport, including trams and buses. For a city trip, whether it’s your first time in Bosnia and Herzegovina or you’re coming back to Sarajevo, this is a great choice. I’d gladly stay again and recommend it.

This wasn’t a planned stay, but booking here turned out to be a great decision. We spent 2 nights and had good, all-halal breakfasts. The location is right in the heart of the old city, with cafes and restaurants all around, plenty within 100m!

We stayed during a two-day trip to Bosnia, and the whole team was kind and friendly from arrival to departure. They were happy to help with every request. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for us, and breakfast was delicious. Free parking is available if you reserve, and the hotel is right in the city center.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was amazing too. Staying here was a really great experience, and I’ll definitely choose it again if I visit Sarajevo in the future.

The staff are especially friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, and breakfast was excellent. You’re right inside the old town, close to banks if you need to exchange money, as well as a local supermarket, shops, and restaurants. Nearby is Imaret, the bakery under the famous clock tower that has been there since 1531. The hotel restaurant gets its bread from there too. The only small downside was noise from diners at the restaurant opposite, but closing the window took care of it.
