Pino Nature Hotel, BW Premier Collection

The room’s broken, creaking bed made our two sleepless nights even harder, and we had chosen Pino Nature for a peaceful break among the pines just a short drive from Sarajevo. The building is beautiful, but our room experience was a shock. Within minutes of arriving, we found a soiled WC. The replacement room was dirty too, as if it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. We told front office manager Fawad. His response felt dismissive, though he promptly changed our room and made sure the new one was clean. Across the room and bathroom, though, we saw poor hygiene: stained tiles, fungus marks, dirty towel rails, worn, discolored towels, a stained curtain roller, and drain flies. This shouldn’t be happening with a housekeeping manager on duty. Breakfast was average, and the spa facilities were average too. We wouldn’t trust their hygiene. Service was generally very slow. Mladen and Kidra from F&B were quite good, but the front office staff seemed expressionless and Cole. A housekeeper, Sabina, was extremely rude when we asked for extra toilet paper. The language barrier was another difficulty, and at times staff seemed to be mocking us. We wanted peace and came away with a very poor experience, which we rate one out of five. Pino Nature management needs to take serious action on hygiene and staff training. Fawad said goodbye with some mountain tea, a kind gesture that doesn’t change what happened. Rubina Dedic from the spa made our visit especially enjoyable. She was kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout, and her friendly manner made the stay memorable. We were very impressed by the hotel. The spa was relaxing, exceptionally clean, and well maintained, with clear care taken over comfort and hygiene. We enjoyed our time there and would certainly recommend the hotel.

Rubina, the Wellness & Spa manager, brought a lot of warmth and hospitality to our stay. The staff were kind and professional throughout. The hotel itself felt both calming and luxurious, and its green, peaceful surroundings made for a lovely escape. From the pool, looking out over the horses and forest felt almost magical. I’d highly recommend it to anyone hoping to recharge in nature and enjoy genuine hospitality.

We stayed at Pino Nature Hotel for two days with our children, aged three and five. The surroundings are fantastic, and the hotel has a small, family-oriented feel. Admir was very helpful at breakfast, which was fresh and impeccably managed by the two men in charge. The woman running the spa was pleasant, too. Our one wish would be for blackout curtains, since the children wake up very early.
