Golden Star Hotel

They canceled my reservation just two days before I was due to arrive, saying the property was overbooked. I’d booked more than three weeks earlier, so getting that news caused a lot of unnecessary stress and felt very unprofessional. They apparently only noticed the “overbooking” 20 days after the original booking, which strongly suggests something shady.

The breakfast was a highlight, with lots of fresh, tasty choices each morning. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotless, and the comfortable bed helped me sleep well. It also had air conditioning and a safe. The hotel felt peaceful, so it was easy to relax. From the moment I arrived at Golden Star Hotel Tuzla, the staff welcomed me warmly. Manager Hanka especially stood out for her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Her attention to detail showed throughout my stay, and her team were just as cheerful, helpful, and ready to assist. I’d gladly come back and recommend it. The location, pleasant atmosphere, breakfast, and wonderful team all made the place special.

We’ve stayed here twice now and plan to return whenever we’re in Tuzla. It’s easy to find and close to everything. The rooms are clean and nice, the beds are very comfortable, and breakfast is always fresh and tasty. Best of all, the staff are always smiling and ready to help with anything 💖

The breakfast was amazing, and the workers were really kind and helpful. Rooms are great for the price, and the hygiene products smell lovely. It’s in the old town, a handy base for exploring Tuzla. Had a really great experience and would come back. 5/5 for everything, would recommend!
