We stayed in apartment no 4, and it was much more modern than the photos suggested. Lovely place, with beaches and restaurants all close by.

The full kitchen is especially handy for a longer stay since you can save quite a bit by cooking. The place was clean and spacious, and in a great spot. Ms. Audrey was so sweet and helpful. Definitely recommend it.

The landlord was lovely and quick to sort out anything that came up. My apartment was comfortable, and I really liked the cool breeze through the bedroom window. I spent a year at Balcony Rock and thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s well placed for the south coast, with Silver Sands beach, Dover beach and lots of restaurants along the gap just a short walk away. The bus and ZR’s are only steps away too, and can take you around the island for $3.50 bds.

The owner made us feel very welcome. The place was clean and comfortable, and handy for getting to the beaches, food and transport. A perfect place to stay.
