The clean, inviting rooms and warm housekeeping staff made the stay feel special. The linens were excellent quality, too, from the sheets and blankets to the towels. The apartments are comfortable and well equipped, with handy kitchenettes, a nice dining area, cozy beds, updated bathrooms and a relaxing balcony. The pool area was another highlight, kept very clean with plenty of shade. There was also a lovely picnic and BBQ area with an outdoor fridge, which made it easy to relax there. I've visited Barbados regularly for many years, but this was my first time at Southern Surf Apartments in Christ Church. Andrew, the owner, was fantastic, and Trudy, who works closely with him, was just as lovely. They gave us a warm welcome and showed such genuine Bajan hospitality. Thanks to them and the wonderful Southern Surf team, we've already booked to return in 2027. I love this little gem. Thanks for a fantastic holiday. See you in 2027, or hopefully sooner. Best wishes.

We've stayed here several times, and it's been wonderful each time. Andrew is a doll, and the owner and staff make you feel like family. The beach is right across the street, with lounge chairs and umbrellas to rent and a little bar restaurant for snacks. Thanks!

We spent two weeks at Southern Surf Apartments, and the location was fantastic. The apartments are tidy, with every balcony looking out over Rockley Beach just across the road. Andrew and Trudy went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We've stayed in many places in Barbados over the years, but Southern Surf makes them pale in comparison. See you again next year!

A quiet, intimate place to unwind. It's in a perfect spot, with restaurants and groceries nearby, depending on what you're after. We like to cook and relax in our room some nights, then dine out on others. The front desk staff went above and beyond to make our time in Barbados really special. We'd definitely come back.
