I booked Dover Beach House By-BLR on December 5, but had to cancel. The listing promised free cancellation within 24 hours, and although I cancelled within that period, I didn't get a refund. I've sent several messages and still haven't received any response. It's extremely disappointing when a business doesn't honor its stated cancellation terms, and I found the lack of communication unacceptable. Based on what happened to me, I'd urge others to think carefully before booking.

Dwayne was a pleasure to work with. The location is great, and the whole place had nothing but sunshine smiles!!
