The room was comfortable, with a really good air conditioner and a huge, comfortable bed. Hot water was unreliable, but reception could flip a switch and fix it almost straight away. Would I stay again? Absolutely. It’s a three star hotel as expected, in a handy spot for going out, with plenty of eateries nearby. The beach restaurant is nice. The included continental breakfast is limited to a bagel, granola, or banana bread, so I probably wouldn’t add breakfast next time. We did enjoy our stay and most staff were really friendly. The hotel is on a busy road, so it’s not for anyone wanting a quiet retreat. The sea masks a lot of the traffic noise, but some still gets through. At checkout, we were charged for cooked breakfast items we hadn’t ordered, plus an evening meal we hadn’t had. We asked to see an itemised bill but weren’t shown one. The charges were simply removed, which seemed odd. If they thought we’d eaten dinner, why just take it off?

For our three day birthday trip, the beach and pool were perfect, and there were plenty of pool chairs even when the beach chairs were taken. Go early if you want a beach chair. Breakfast at the restaurant was good for omelettes, fish cakes, and tea. The location made it easy to get around, from the airport to Cheffette and on a day trip to Speightstown. Amanda and Tisha were lovely and such a great help. We really appreciated them. Thanks again!

The rooms were spotless, and we got fresh, clean towels every day. The staff are amazing and the location is fabulous, close to everything. Champers is literally next door. You can walk to The Gap and Bridgetown, and we enjoyed lovely walks along the boardwalk by Rockley beach. The hotel is right on the beach.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the hotel sits right on the beach. It’s a 20 minute walk to St Lawrence Gap for bars and nightlife. Breakfast bought through a tour operator isn’t great, with just three options: bagel, porridge, or fruit. The hotel menu is much better. They say you only pay the difference if you choose something beyond the continental breakfast.

Even in high season there are plenty of loungers and umbrellas, and the hotel has two pools right by the beach. The rooms have large balconies and very functional kitchenettes. The rooms and property are being actively maintained against the effects of salt and sea. There’s a lovely, convenient restaurant on site, and last minute deals can be very reasonable.
