The location works well for visiting bandarban and is close to the city, and they offer a cheap breakfast. I’ve stayed twice, though the service wasn’t very good either time. On my first stay I had to ask them to clean the room. The second time there were electrical problems, frequent power cuts, and not much water. They also cancelled our dinner order without telling us.
The price is affordable and the location is very good. There’s a restaurant opposite the hotel, and its food is good for the price. My room did have an issue with an electrical switch, and they need to keep up with room maintenance. Still, it’s a good hotel.
It’s in a great location, but the rooms are dirty and the people there are frustratingly uncooperative. The AC was broken, and there were insects everywhere. If location is all you care about, you could stay here, but be prepared for those room problems.
The balcony and outdoor sitting areas were the best parts, especially the swings and cozy spots where you can relax and take in the hills. I stayed at Hill Crown Hotel in Bandarban, and the room was nice, though the AC seemed a bit faulty and sometimes made it too cold. It was a peaceful stay, and I’d recommend it if you’re visiting Bandarban.
The room AC didn’t work, and there was also a water supply problem in the washroom, so we had to deal with not having enough water. The rooms, washrooms, lobby, and stairs were all extremely dirty, and there was chewing gum in the room. They had no tissue, soap, room basket, or anything else, not even toothpaste. When we asked, they rudely said they didn’t have any, so we had to bring toothpaste ourselves. It didn’t feel like a hotel at all, with service at zero. This was the worst hotel experience I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
