Hotel Saint Martin Ltd.

The WiFi was a problem, and unfortunately they couldn't get it fixed. We stayed at Hotel Saint Martin Limited for a couple of days. It's a locally known, renowned hotel in Chittagong's Agrabad Commercial Area. Breakfast buffet was delicious, room service was excellent, and the ambiance met a high standard. The staff were well behaved, though the price was a bit expensive compared with other hotels.

And sorry for using the old pic, I forgot to take pictures. The service at Saint Martine Hotel felt impeccable, with warm, professional staff who seemed attentive and discreet. The rooms and suites had spacious layouts, restful colors, plush bedding, high-end finishes, designer bathrooms with rainfall showers, fine toiletries, and panoramic views. They felt like private, comfortable spaces, with modern amenities. The lobby and other shared areas also stood out, from the lounge to the restaurant. The interior blended classic and contemporary details, with tasteful furnishings and art, and felt grand but comfortable. Saint Martine Hotel made a strong impression as a luxurious place for a romantic break, business trip, or special celebration. It seemed to offer a top-tier stay.

The old hotel has plenty of space and a large outdoor parking area, and the reception staff were cooperative and professional. The room was decent for the price, but service was average and breakfast below standard. The toilet had no ventilation system, which was hard to believe. The bellboys' attitude was horrible. Maybe management wasn't paying them, because they seemed to beg for tips. While I was checking out, a room service guy came in offering logistics and asking if I needed anything. He said, "You have come after a long time, sir." I told him I'd never been there before. He said he'd prepared the room, and I replied, "It's your duty." He carried my bag about 10 yards to the lift, then said, "I can't take you further, sir," giving me a look as if I owed him. I took my bag to the main gate, where a guard picked it up. Another man from the ground floor came running over, saying, "Are you leaving, sir? I was waiting for you for a long time." One guard, that man, and another guard stood by my car until I gave them some tips. All that said, this wasn't three-star service. The worst.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the place turned out better than I expected.
