Getting to the beach by rickshaw was easy, and intercity buses can be boarded very nearby. The hotel was clean, the buffet breakfast was good, and the service was fine.

The buffet had very few dishes and was poor, and housekeeping was poor too. We found cockroaches in the room, and even after cleaning, the bed still had ladies' hair on it. The washroom basin had a problem. Staff were rough and rude, especially at reception and in the restaurant. Nearly everyone seemed to have no manners, except one staff member. Horrible stay, with no hospitality. They need to replace the current staff.

We'd stayed here three times before, but this visit was really disappointing. The reception staff member was extremely rude and unprofessional, and his behavior led to a lot of arguing. When I said I'd leave a bad review, he casually said, “ja mone chay likhen.” Totally unacceptable. Our whole team has decided not to return, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. It felt more like “Bangla hotel” standard.

The interiors and rooms are nice, and the service was good. It's a medium-sized hotel, though, not a resort at all. I was disappointed to be asked three times for the reservation money without anyone noticing that I'd already paid in full through go zayan.
