It’s close enough to walk to the beach whenever you want, and the resort has a calm, safe feel. It isn’t overly crowded, so the peaceful atmosphere works for families, couples, or solo travelers. Breakfast and service were good enough to start the day nicely. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well maintained, and spacious enough to relax in. The staff are friendly and cooperative, which makes the stay smoother. Grand Beach Resort in Cox’s Bazar is a pretty great place, and I’d happily recommend it.

The balcony was great, and they let us leave our luggage on the ground floor when we needed to roam around before check-in and after check-out. This is a nice budget hotel about five minutes from Sugondha Point. There are 24/7 Departmental stores and Bangla restaurants nearby, so it’s easy to get what you need or find food. The décor is old, though, as the hotel itself is old.

The service was really bad. We asked three times for the room to be cleaned. They said they’d come, but never did. They weren’t much better in how they treated us either. The only service they provided was spraying aerosol at night. The rooms are okay, and the hotel is close to the beach, but the road beside it is in very bad condition.

Without the service, the hotel is okay. With the service, it’s the worst. I asked three times to have the room cleaned, and each time they said they were coming but never showed up. The only thing they came to provide was aerosol. Everything else is okay, but I was very disappointed with the service.

If you’re on a tight budget with 5-6 people, you can stay here. The AC worked well, and the room has AC and a water heater for the shower. The hotel’s front road isn’t in very good condition, though the main road is nearby.
