Hotel Bay Marina

The lift is in poor, broken-down condition, the price was too high, and room service was very bad.

We stayed one night in Suite 8-B on the 7th floor. The room condition and environment were disgusting. It had a double bedroom and a living room, but the geyser wasn’t working while it was raining in Cox's Bazar, and rainwater flooded one of our rooms. The complimentary breakfast had very few items: paratha, mug dal with sabji, and tea. The rooms urgently need renovation. I don’t know the receptionist’s name, but his behavior was always welcoming.

I booked through the AGODA app, but the hotel management wouldn’t honor the booking. When my guest arrived, they weren’t allowed to stay. I tried calling the hotel, but the manager didn’t respond. So sad, so sad, and so sad.

We booked a couple deluxe AC room that had been newly decorated. It was nice, and staff said it was their best room. While we were there, though, we found out the other rooms were below average. They offered complimentary breakfast, but the restaurant waiter treated us very badly, so we stopped eating their so-called complimentary breakfast. I wonder how they call this a 3 star hotel. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend choosing it.
