We were in room 602 with a full sea view. The staff responded quickly, fixing the geyser circuit breaker as soon as it kept tripping, and promptly bringing towels, tea, or coffee whenever we called. Their service wasn't bad at all. The complimentary breakfast was terrible, just two parathas and an omelet, and the swimming pool wasn't properly cleaned.

Room 105 was a horrible first night. I heard knocks outside the building and there was an auto flushing system in the bathroom. Noise from upstairs disturbed me at 2-3 AM. I couldn't lock the windows, and one was stuck. I had to ask for towels a couple of times, but room service didn't bring them, so I got them from the downstairs reception. The complimentary breakfast was bad, just 2 parathas and 1 egg omelette, and tasted so horrible I had gastric problems after eating it. Bhootia hotel.

There were cracks and damaged spots all over the room, and the bed sheet and pillows were stained and unclean. A very bad hotel, worst experience.

The room's sea view was absolutely awesome. Complimentary breakfast was the worst part, totally below average.

They charged 8500 taka for 2 days but didn't even provide 1 welcome drink. Breakfast was only 2 parathas, with fried eggs so flat. The bathroom was dirty, and there's 1 swimming pool with the same name as the well😂. Beware of autorickshaws: they take money by taking commission and take you inside like that. They start calling 3-4 hours before checkout and throw you out after 23 hours and 20 minutes. That's so bad. Please, no one should stay here. I've never seen a hotel with such bad service.
