The buffet breakfast, especially, could taste better, and the chefs should pay more attention to the food. Improving the food quality would make the experience even better. Otherwise, my stay at White Orchid Sapphire from the 2nd to the 5th was peaceful. The staff were sincere, top-notch, and quick to sort out any issues. It felt safe and decent for families spending quality time together. The rooms were moderate in size, tidy, and well organized. I'll definitely visit again.

The quiet, peaceful atmosphere and the attentive service are why I'll keep staying at White Orchid Sapphire. I've been here with my family before and we always feel completely safe and undisturbed. This time I stayed for three days. The front office staff and the rest of the team were respectful and attentive, and seemed genuinely dedicated to their work. At Dera, by comparison, most of the staff seem to force a smile just to get by. The service here is awesome, on par with any five-star resort and a whole level above places like Dera or Anchor. For a quieter beach experience, visit Laboni Beach. You'll feel much more at ease there than at the more crowded spots.

A few suggestions for next time: it would be useful to have a mini fridge in every room category, since other hotels at this rate provide one; offer coffee at breakfast as well as tea; make housekeeping more professional, because the cleaning on the second day wasn't up to the mark; and provide door hangers for “Do Not Disturb” and “Cleaning/No cleaning Needed.” Please don't take these comments negatively, they just felt worth sharing. We booked through Go Zyaan for 3 nights and 4 days, and had a pleasant stay. The location was good, and the staff were very friendly and cooperative. The complimentary breakfast was amazingly good, with English breakfast as the cherry on top and equally good Bangla items. All the best 🫰 and thank you 🙏

Abbu is a 73-year-old Parkinson’s patient who needs wheelchair assistance, and the guards Rahmat bhai and the bellboys were very careful and caring about his care. We were 12 people in a large group and stayed three nights at Cox’s Bazar. Our 3-year-old toddler loved the private pool in the penthouse! All the attendees were excellent at Sapphire ❤️. Frontdesk Manager Mr aung Mee was always there to help with all our services, and housekeepers Monsur, Shumon, Noman were very caring. Sajjad was also a big help from day one. I'm so glad I booked Sapphire ❤️.
