Hotel Suite Sadaf

Thanks to Hotel Suite Sadaf. The calm, pleasant atmosphere and the excellent, delicious food made my stay even nicer. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, and the staff were always polite, friendly, and ready to help. Great service and lovely people. I'll definitely come back and recommend it to others.

This place is a complete disappointment. It's uncomfortable overall, the rooms feel neglected, and maintenance is poor. Cleanliness and service are below standard, and the staff show little hospitality or concern for basic guest care. The price is the worst part: it's massively overpriced for what you get. There are much better, cheaper options nearby.

I love Hotle Suite Sadaf. The rooftop is lovely, with lots of trees and plants, and the entrance is nice. The suite rooms are spacious. A double suite has two bedrooms, two verandas, a drawing room, and a kitchen area. A single suite has one room, one veranda, a bathroom, a kitchen area, and a drawing room with a sofa and big mirror. They also have a dining room.

The pool is dirty, with cigarette butts and dry leaves floating in it, and access ends at 6 pm. They say they close it then to clean it for the next day, which is hard to believe. We stayed in a family suite and a couple room and hated both. The sheets and pillow covers were dirty, the floor tiles stained, and toilet locks broken, among other problems. An extra person in the couple room costs 500tk a night for a dirty "toshok" and sheet. At this price, the experience feels like a 1*/2* hotel, not a 3*. If the room had cost much less, I wouldn't have bothered writing this. Avoid it if you don't want to feel ripped off for a cheap stay. There are lots of other options.
