Modern Resort Cox's Bazar

The rooms made this a terrible stay. They were poorly looked after, uncomfortable, and not worth what I paid. At the same price, there are plenty of much better hotels in Cox’s Bazar with better service and facilities. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The biggest letdown was breakfast. It was included, but at 9:30 am they said it had run out, even though plenty of guests were still arriving to eat. We had to go elsewhere, so the complimentary breakfast was no use to us. Whenever we raised an issue, all we got was an apology and no solution. We said nothing further and checked out. We'll never stay here again. The restaurant is very small for a hotel of this size and sits on the 1st floor. Breakfast hours were 8 am to 10:30 am. The deluxe couple sea-view room had a nice sea view, but it's right beside the marine drive road, so a lot of noise came in all night and we couldn't sleep well. The interior and amenities were ordinary, like the hotels in kolatoli, while the price was much higher than other good hotels. In this price range, there are lots of better places in Cox's Bazar.

The price was reasonable, and the food was really good. Everyone treated us nicely, and the staff were sincere and dedicated. They took special care preparing noodles for my child, which I appreciated.

The rent felt quite high for what we got. Breakfast was a real disappointment, with only 7-8 dishes, no fruit or salad, and hard-boiled eggs as the only protein option. Our room itself was spacious, with a balcony overlooking the sea and a clean bathroom. Hot water worked, though we had to ask them for a towel.
