I booked room 201 at Hansa A – Premium Hotel in Uttara from 2nd Feb to 6 th FEB, planning to stay four nights. But the fried rice was badly cooked and tasteless, an unacceptable meal for a hotel calling itself “premium.” After that, I checked out early on 3rd FEB. When I asked for a partial refund for the nights I didn’t use, the staff simply refused and showed no concern or effort to resolve the issue. The food, RECEPTIONIST service, and lack of responsibility toward customers made this one of my worst hotel experiences. Food quality matters to travelers, and this hotel failed at that basic responsibility. I strongly do NOT recommend it.

Hansa is a 3 star hotel in Sector 9, Uttara, Dhaka, near Abdullahpur Bus Station.

I called to reserve for the buffet. They hung up once and didn’t answer my next two calls. That left me with an absolutely terrible first impression.

The guys are really friendly, and the room service and breakfast are very good. I’m very happy with everyone’s service, especially Asad Bepary.

There’s a small restaurant on the ground floor, and upstairs there’s a small pool with a fitness room on the same floor. The rooms are nice and clean. The reception is small and simple, and from outside it looks like a basic 3 stars hotel. There’s no parking, and the street in front is small.
