The main draw here is how close it is to Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC), with airport pickup and drop-off available. Check the shuttle cost ahead of time, since it may be free with some bookings and charged with others. The 24-hour desk is handy for late flights, and breakfast is usually a simple spread of bread, eggs, and tea or coffee. WiFi is free, though it can be slow in some rooms. It’s an inexpensive place to sleep between flights, not a luxury hotel. The older rooms are basic, generally with AC, a TV, and a small sitting area. Furniture and linens can look worn. Cleanliness seems to vary: some find it fine for one night, while others report dust, stained sheets, or mosquitoes, so bringing repellent may help. Bathrooms are small and aging, and hot water can be unreliable. For lunch or dinner, nearby restaurants in Uttara Sector 3 or 7 are a better bet.

The food was very good, and the staff were sincere and well behaved. I was in Dhaka on business with my business partner, and we both enjoyed our stay. The hotel felt safe, secure, and very neat and clean. Its location is a strong point too: about 10 minutes from the airport and railway station, with the inter-city bus station just 5 minutes away. Good value for the money.

I only stayed because they offered airport pickup and drop-off. Otherwise I would have left straight away. The staff were excellent, but the place itself is very old and costs too much for what you get. The sheets were dirty and worn enough that I was itching all night and couldn't sleep properly. Food was just okay, and took far too long to arrive. I wouldn't recommend it.

The service was good, but the price felt a bit high given the condition. The bathroom door was broken, its fittings were old and rusty, and the interior looked like an old building with a very dated renovation. The beds and pillows didn't seem properly washed, and there were stains on the pillow and blankets.
