The staff are really nice, and the cleanliness is pretty good. The room is nice and I feel quite comfortable here. Can’t ask for more, tbh. They also give you cute little complimentary things.

Excellent and very friendly. My guest from the Netherlands stayed for 10 days. The rooftop restaurant is nice, and the food was a little pricey, but it was top-notch international cuisine.

My stay at Hotel Nandini turned out to be one of my worst and most expensive hotel experiences. I was unhappy with both the service and the staff’s behavior. They weren’t polite, room service was unsatisfactory, and the washroom was in terrible shape and very cramped. The shower was completely broken, and even after I reported it, nothing was done. Before booking through the app, I called the hotline and was told early check-in would be possible if a room was available. No extra charge was mentioned. But when I arrived, they charged me 2,500 Taka unexpectedly, and I had no choice but to pay.

This place used to be very good, but its service keeps getting worse. One receptionist, Adnan, behaved very badly, and I was completely upset by it.
